1. Agreement

2. Eligibility

3. Membership and Subscription
- To receive the monthly subscription product (e.g., a shirt drop), you must join as a member.
- When joining, you agree to provide complete and accurate information, including your legal name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number, payment details, and any other information requested.
- You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
- You will select a login username and password. You must keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- You are responsible for maintaining, updating your account information (e.g., address, size, payment method) to ensure continuity of service.
4. Terms of Sale – Subscription Deliveries
- By subscribing, you agree to purchase the monthly drop selected by Urban Ghetto Lyfestyle until you cancel in accordance with Section 5 below.
- Your subscription will automatically renew, and your payment method will be charged each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
- Taxes and shipping charges may apply based on your shipping address.
- Payments are non-refundable once processed; cancellations apply to future renewal periods only.
- Each monthly product will be shipped to the address you provided or updated. Title and risk of loss transfer when the product is delivered to the carrier.
- In the event your delivery is lost, Urban Ghetto Lyfestyle, in its sole discretion, may replace the item or provide a different drop. However, we cannot guarantee an identical replacement if the item was made in limited quantity.
5. Cancellation and Termination
- You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
- Cancellation becomes effective for the next billing cycle. If you cancel after the billing process has begun, you remain responsible for that cycle.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of this Agreement, without refund.
6. Admin-Fulfilled Custom Orders (for Subscriptions)
- Because Urban Ghetto Lyfestyle features distinct drops and manually controlled fulfilment, you understand that design selections are non-repeating for each subscriber and managed by us.
- You will not receive a drop selection option — we reserve the right to select each design on your behalf.
- Your subscription includes the ability to receive only those drops we assign, and you accept that past drops you have received will not be repeated.
7. Use of Website & Intellectual Property
- We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use our website and content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials on the site are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or exploit our content without our prior written permission.
- You agree to use the site only as permitted by law and this Agreement. Violation may result in termination of your access.
8. User Content & Feedback
- Any comments, feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by us without compensation or obligation to you.

You grant us the right to use your user-generated content (reviews, photos) for marketing, subject to applicable privacy laws.
9. Disclaimers, Limitations of Liability and Waiver
- The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
- To the extent permitted by law, Urban Ghetto Lyfestyle and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your subscription or use of the Service
- Under no circumstances shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim
10. Changes to this Agreement
- We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice by posting the updated version on our website and/or by email if you are a registered member.
- Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Province/State], [Country], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
